The receptionist are very disrespectful and didnt want to answer my call and when they did answer I told the receptionist about my situation but yet she refused to give me a appointment.hope you get sacked yah magi.im so Ill right now. I would avoid
I personally have not really had any problems with reception, always curtious to me, i had a few problems with the doctor, but at least i got 2 different MRI scans after suffering for 34 years, make's me wonder why it has so many bad reviews.
Family member tried booking an emergency appointment, was told to attend at 9:30am only to be told upon arrival that it wasn't entered on their computer system.Both receptionists extremely unhelpful and rude, need serious re-training as they are clearly unfit for the job role.Overall, standard of practice has gone downhill fast since the change from Ruksin Health Centre and the days of Dr Singh!
terrible never pick up and appointments are long waiting and even hardly get a emergency appointmwnt when desperately needed for my kids!!
Reception staff are total morons had to reorder a prescription 3x and they lie cos theyre too lazy to check.. chimpanzees would do a better job!
