My wife, 2x children and myself have all been with this practice for many years and have never had any issues - YES they can be busy and this reflects on appointments, but they have always been accommodating and very helpful

I try to ring to make an appointment at 11am all I ever get is,, the surgery is now closed until 0830 the following day,,, yet on the web site it tells you the surgery is open from 0830 until 1845 ,,, so why does no one answer the phone ???????
