Worse surgery staff leave the phone off the hook so you can't get through emergency appointments go to people with minor ailments. If something's really wrong you can't get seen for at least a week
phone is constantly engaged, call over 30 times a day for a week and not one ring was heard, I'll be dead by the time I speak to someone nevermind get an appointment
As this is the last few days of 2018, here's an update:Went to collect my repeat prescriptions 28/12/18. It's late on Friday, but they hadn't been printed or signed.The two receptionists leaned over backwards to sort the oversight. The old CRS would have simply said 'tough' come back Monday...So well done & thank you. The New CRS keeps getting better & better 10/10.
Called right on the dot at 8am and still no answer. Either its on engage or it simply cuts off. No surprise there. People could be dying and they still wouldnt pick up the call! Very unprofessional and the staffs are just as bad as the ones in Daneshouse medical centre. There should be a close of this business.
If I could give zero star's I would. Unprofessional! Call the 8am on the dot Phone either engaged or simply cuts off. When u do get through surprise surprise not appointment available I should have called at "8am"
