Very disappointed.
Absolute lack of organization, numerous mess-ups with prescriptions desoite ordering in advance. Dismissive doctors that never take your problems seriously and offer paracetamol for rheumatoid arthritis. Horrible.
Combining the practices was I presume designed to improve the service provided to patients. So far from my experience the total opposite. Cant get through when you wish to speak to anybody and when you turn up new staff give the impression that you are an inconvenience. What makes it worse, a complete lack of information about the changeover. So far I would describe the new combined service as a shambles.
Can't get appointment. I asked for a appointment after work this week. No appointments just keep ringing on the day. Was told if I can go to work then not emergency which I get but not even offered anything the following week. Since the merger with Roseville it has got worse. Been here for years but now looking at a move.
Impossible to get through on phone, either cuts you straight off or it rings a few times and cuts you dead...Can't fault service if you go in to surgery but phone lines need a lot of work
