The hotel is a large old house hidden from the road. Its features are like the original style. With a twist of strange collections dotted around the stairways. Our bedroom was modern feel but not quite welcoming we were only there for a night, hospital visit, so didn't matter too much. The evening meal was lovely and the breakfast was too. Staff were ok but it was busy with midweek regulars. Parking was easy.
First time to Burnley and was pleased I decided to stay at Rose hill House Hotel. Close to Manchester Road Station and only 20 mins down the hill to town. Decided to eat in the hotel had a very pleasant evening meal from the "specials of the day" really nice and reasonably priced. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast freshly cooked and tasty. Would definitely recommend.
