Had Christmas Lunch here. Good was good, service was also ok ( tables left uncleared when people had left made for messy surroundings for other diners) but the setting was not as expected. Many tables set up in a plain and drab function room . Apart from crackers on the very small tables, not a Christmas decoration in sight. Expected the experience to be in their lovely dining room / restaurant but I didn't clarify that on booking so that was my error. Staff at a minimum- asked for cranberry sauce which never came and no one around in the room to ask again. Overall an acceptable meal and not overpriced but still at 60 per head a bit more effort on the ambiance could have been made.
Everything about the hotel is great. Great staff great rooms. Breakfast looks good and have a lot of options. The cooked breakfast looks great but in terms of taste could do with some improving. They have a great bar fantastic relaxing chill out areas. The pool and sauna are great. Sauna for people who wanna relax and unwide the pool is for everyone. My 4 year old loves it and it's where my little boy first ever went swimming so is always going to be a memory for me. The rooms are great and if not happy will offer you another room if they have one, as they are always full. As we thought at first our room was a bit to small as after having a ward they offered a different room and we was satisfied. Not much bigger but was better then the first one considering they was 2 adults and to young onces.will be going back some point next year so I just hope the breakfast will improve in terms of taste part from that i am excited to go back.

Lovely place to stay and meet with friends and family. Our first nights stay was a little noisy with what appeared to be a fan going for most of the night. Wasn't sure if it was a guests bathroom fan or an air conditioning unit. Not put me off, as booked again for Christmas.
My wife and I stayed here recently on a short break. The service we received was superb, all the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast and evening meals were really good. The room was clean and comfortable.We had full use of the pool and spa etc, would not consider going anywhere else if we were staying in the are again.
