Amazing service and fantastic quality fish. The staff are really experienced and very friendly.

Firstly when i walk into a pet shop and see an elderely person behind the desk i usually try to make conversation only because i can learn so much from them regarding the animal world and its so educating and helpful. I have so much respect for elderly especially in this field, however the old woman behind this store desk had to be the most vile and uneducated monster i had ever met! It wouldv been better if she was behind the cage rather than the animals, her attitude and arogance towards me was completly insane, i greeted her and from that very first moment her stare her responses were as though she had a personal vendetta against me. Has to be the worst experience i have ever encountered. She didnt know me so there was no need for horrible customer service i really want to put it down to racism but thatd be an extreme measure however thats how it felt in my opinion. I would never come here again neither will i reccomend this horrible pet store. The rest of the staff seemed nice but this old lady mustv been the owner she either needs to re-live her life and gain better customer interaction experience or just cage herself. Absolutly appaling! She deserves 0 stars
Always a joy in here. A typical retro pet shop with reasonable range and dedicated staff. Worth going just to see the animals.
All the staff are really friendly and give excellent advice not only when buying an animal but if you are concerned about something with your animal. I asked Kay is she could order me in 2 types of burgess rabbit food that she didnt stock and she ordered it there and then in front of me. 5 stars is not enough stars for this fabulous pet shop!
