Some of the ataff were eager to help but some staff you got the impression that we should just buy the stuff and move on. The issue with this is that we need to ask question so we can look after our pets better. So not a great experience but passable
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about most common pets and can usually make great recommendations about products and services. The selection of goods and pets is brilliant too.
For a medium sized store it has a good selection, it has a good amount of everything for most pets. What they don't have they can find out if they do it online and let you know. They have a loyalty card offer, we get regular offers through email and post based on the pets we said we have and the items you buy. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive with other pet stores. Sometimes their online offers can be very good.
Fabulous help by a young male assistant with a beard on the evening 21.12.28 around 8pm helped me choose the most natural products for my dogs Xmas stocking. I explained I'm very particular on what I feed my dog and he was understanding and very helpful
