I have recently moved into the local area and joined Burnley wood. I must say the staff nurses and midwives are extremely friendly and the service is outstanding. The nurses explain every step of the process and also tell you about the medication in detail I am very happy my husband recommended me to join here he is also with this doctors practice :) keep up the excellent service. Dr Patrick has been brilliant. She didn't fob me off with the usual 'unknown virus' excuse. She did lots of blood tests then referred me to the correct specialist for my condition. The specialist commented on the excellent information he received on the referral letter saying the work she had done made his diagnosis so much easier.
Nurse come back off her dinner 8m the first one on still waiting 20mins
All staff and doctors are really nice and helpful. Great service and even under unlucky circumstances they always try and do their best for you.
Sooooooo bad. But they say it's the NHS not them lol
