the nurses and all the other staff was great they was kind polite and was very efficient today before during and after my op thank you all very much especially the surgeon im very grateful
We have been at A&E since 9pm and still here at 11.20pm and still not been seen. Went to the counter and got an answer for everything from the receptionist. Waiting room filled up and emptied twice since we have been here. Was told 3 people need to be seen over 45 mins ago then went back up 50 mins later to be told there is now 2 before us. Been sick 3 times since being here and still no one came to see she was ok. Just been back up at 11.30pm to be told there is still 1 to be seen. Hour and half to see 2 people.now 11.05am and STILL not been seen. The girls pregnant and informed them that she is having pain and still not been seen. It's now 12.33 and she still has not been seen. Went up and was told we are next in. Pathetic. NHS sucks. When we fistf came in at 10pm I informed the receptionist that there was blood on the counter and the reply I got was "it doesn't matter", at 12.25am I went into the bathroom and got paper, soap and water and cleaned the blood myself because it had not been cleaned. Was seen at 00.47 and was informed by one of the GP that there is nothing that can be done about it. What a joke!!! Still here at 01.36 and now have to wait for bloods to come back. That's another 2 hours. On a plus side we had a lovely lady who even offered to make us a cup but didn't want to take up her time. So the GP came in with a nurse and the nurse was so abrupt, no emotion or comforting at all. Gets worse this place. All in all we got home for 4am.
Waste of time doctor so my son after 3 hours then only gave paracetemal we told the doctor to give antibiotics for my son but she was really panicy saying no you have to wait i have 7 people before you.If she just would have gave antibiotics there and then it would have been all good but then to top it up we didnt see the doctor after that then we just left waste of tax payers money then need doctors with comen sense if a 1 year old child has already waited 3 hours why not get him over and done with why make him wait.My son has gon worse now hes breathing really heavily its nothing to do with to much people in the country its to do with the stupid doctors the nhs are employing i think most of erm have false degrees
The pharmacy is the Slowest and hardest to find pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to use. Put it closer to the main entrance, sort the signage out and replace the manager. Why do I have to sit in this waiting room for half an hour everytime? What are you doing back there?!
Burnley elective care, day surgery women's ward...May 3rd,level of care, patience, kindness shown to my wife has made this heavy heavy day so much easier to bare.All explained, talked through and given clear instructions if we needed further help just call.. I've never had anything but praise for the NHS, to witness first hand the amazing commitment to people is humbling. Thankyou....
