Bought a 3 series off them and they are wonderful . Let me take lots of test drives and never once pressurised me. Car had a problem the day after and wasnt covered by the warranty due to wear and tear which was understandable so Ian paid over the phone to sort it out at bmw to have me on my way the same day ! Very honest and trustworthy
