I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from Chorley Group yesterday and couldn't be more impressed. It was a second hand vehicle which I saw an ad for, called on the Sunday and spoke to Gareth a few times about the car, prices etc. and also my part exchange. I live a long drive from the dealership, he got that and was really helpful - especially around the P/X values knowing I didn't want to waste a 6hr round trip for a bum deal.We agreed a deal in principle. I then called on the Monday to confirm. Gareth had to change the deal a bit and was really cautious in making sure I understood and was comfortable with it, knowing I didn't want to waste time. I then dropped a bomb a said I wanted it same day and that's when the experience with Chorley Group really became mind blowingly good... they nailed it. Not only did I get the car I wanted when I wanted it it was beautifully presented and Gareth made sure we got through the paperwork quickly so I could get on the road. He gave me a knowledgeable whistle stop tour which was all I wanted and then went out of his way to make sure I understood the warranty details etc. I highly recommend this dealer, they get it right. I also recommend Gareth who's service levels and manner are faultless.
I have for the past 10yrs used Chorley Nissan for our cars. The staff are always helpful. However I have to make comment that Jonathan was such a pleasure to deal with. He has a lovely personality. He was very clear in his information, clearly was very knowledgeable even on the minor details of the car. He took his time to explain and answer questions honestly. He checked throughout that we understood the details and arrangements. He was not in any way pushy and made himself available on the two unannounced visits we made. We have been happy with the service we receive from Chorley Nissan and always love the cars.
