The cafeteria staff are a good example as to why we'll all be better off when they're replaced by robots. When I queried my family getting food that we hadn't ordered and not on the receipt, the response was "Well that's what was written!". The Cravendale Milk my Daughter got was sour from the bottle, in date so obviously they don't store products properly before shelved. If you're in Burnley, do yourself a favour and drive an extra 200 yards to Sainsburys, Asda isn't worth saving mileage.
Poor customer service and machines don't work! Better shopping at local grocers
Came here today to get my lunch which can up to 5 so i went to pay and it said my card had declined and asked me to try again so i did then later on i got a notification on my phone saying I paid twice so the self check out charged me twice! Not a happy bunny
Always find staff very helpful. Pity today's visit was marred by two men sat begging out both entrances. I notified security.
