Amazing spa hotel if you like your spa days woodland is a must to visit. This years woodland spa has not been great the service has been poor. The prices have considerably gone up too.
Spent a thoroughly enjoyable weekend here. The spa is beautiful with lots of different pools, indoor, outdoor, jacuzzi, steam/salt rooms and a wonderful quiet pool. The food was excellent quality breakfast, evening meals and the tapas. The rooms were comfortable and are decorated to a high standard. Very clean. Lovely staff and enjoyed the evening entertainment. I would recommend this spa and even probably go again myself.
The spa has various styles of sauna, steam room, pools and showers. The staff are attentive and helpful. The tapas on the terrace bar is sublime and just enough to let you continue spa-ing. And Bertram's restaurant provides high class food and wine for reasonable prices. The whole place is well worth a visit, and with accommodation available, it's nice to stay over too.
Lovely building. Desk staff look very proficient and capable. Food & Drink of an excellent standard. Excellent spa facilities with a plethora of water/spa rooms. Very impressive. Unfortunately, the showers were very dirty and changing areas unkempt. Nor what I expected at all.
Best spa I've had the pleasure of staying at, visited a number of times and stayed over in the apartment and twin rooms. The apartment is a lovely place to stay with everything you need and always exceptionally clean.The restaurant is amazing and the filet steak is out of this world!
