The experience and customer service by far was one of the best I've had trough out my years of shopping, but its unfortunate to see so little investment on the shopping centre. Yes the pavements and walking patio look amazing but were are all the high end retailers. !!
VERY CLEAN CONSIDERING A LOT OF KIDS ABOUT. BUT PLENTY OF BINS AROUND. EXCELLENT SHOPS AROUND TOO WELL WORTH A VISIT. PLENTY CAFES AROUND
Has loads of different types of shops that you need and has some nice places for quick bites to eat as well. Plenty of parking around it but the shops are all outside though.
Most of the major names in place. Plenty of well looked after public conveniences. Well worth using the centre
Charter Walk shopping Mall. Slap bang in the centre of Burnley Centre. The shops we do have are exceptionally good. We could do with lots more to attract people from out of town.But sadly our county council are killing business due to the rates they charge businesses.We used to have a great little shopping area,sadly not so good now.Burnley Borough Council should take a leaf from Bury and sort things out.
