Rented a property for 5 years in that time they was very good with any repairs needed & urgent repairs were dealt with promptly and efficiently, I recently left with no problems got my full deposit back I would highly recommend this agent.
I have rented my property since 2006 , used to be my own . I am disabled and needed the bathroom altered because of my problems, they put me a complete bathroom suite in with double shower , they replaced a faulty boiler,, and as of this coming Monday they are putting a complete new kitchen in and sorting a damp problem , I find dealing with them very easy , they are prompt and courteous at all time , I know other tenants that think the same as me. in my work time I have had dealings with a lot of letting companies , some good some bad and I consider this one to be by far the best, I think some of the people who have put bad reviews may have had other issues with he company, I can only tell you how they have treat me in 11 yrs
Interesting looking at reviews as I search for a house. I always find the majority of bad/insulting reviews are probably left by tenants that have left owing 1000's or have trashed the houses! If they were in such poor condition why did you move into them and stay for so long?
Terrible services as a professional tennant that paid rent consistently I would not have expected the service I received. I complained the shower was leaking through the ceiling for three months eventually it fell straight through it was fixed only for the problem to start again. I was allocated a plumber that would only come between 9am and 5pm forcing me to take time off work. He missed 8 appointments before they allocated a different plumber. The house was damp and the Galloway kitchen had no radiator in causing additional expense for heating. On the final inspection I was told the house was already damp and it had just been painted over good luck to the next tennant. The worker agreed that I could reclaim my deposit only to be told at a later date I couldn't have any of it back as I had painted a couple of the rooms (mainly to cover up the black mouldy walls). If your calling to request work don't bother you have a slightly better chance emailing however the manager is rude and will try and blame you as the tennant for their mistakes.
Terrible service. House had mould that we constantly asked to be sorted but never was. When we moved into the house the back garden was filled with trash that they yet again was never sorted even with constant requests. Agreements were made about what we can and can't do to the house and were broken on behalf of re letting. Following the end of our tenancy we left the house in the same condition the house was given to us and re lettings approved this. However, upon trying to gain our deposits back they changed there mind and took 225 off our deposits. This is an unacceptable way to treat your tenants and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
