Once the tenant was found the process and paperwork were finalised extremely professionally. Johnathon Bury and his team at the Burnley branch have thus far been excellent. I would highly recommend their services. They took care of all of the viewings, but most importantly regularly keep me updated as soon as those viewings had happened and provided feedback. They were very professional and down to earth. My property had only been on the market a small amount of time before sale, they checked out all of the details of the perspective purchaser and came back with a solid and realistic offer. Being happy with the sale of this property I will now be looking for another project and hope to rely on Johnathan and his team to find me a gem.
