We called Nikki on a Sunday hoping she would be able to assist my mother. She was so kind, considerate and available to help on a Sunday (out of normal hours) as she was available. She explained everything and her treatment was professional, thorough and very effective. There was a huge improvement in the symptoms within 24 hours and with 72 hours the complaint was cleared.

Amazing therapist! Took my son to see Nicola after recommendations from colleagues. He had quite severe back pain following intensive army training. He had an hour long back and chest massage, during which he was given details of exactly where the problem areas were, and exercises to alleviate and prevent problems. His back pain was significantly improved immediately and eased off brilliantly in the days after as well. Highly recommended.
I have just been to see Nikki. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I came out feeling very refreshed and the tightness I felt in my muscles have gone. Excellent sports massage, very deep tissue massage if required. Certainly removed any knots out of my back. My main reason for the first visit was a pulled hamstring which appears to be getting better. Hopefully soon be back running. Nicki is a really nice genuine person who is qualified and also a personal trainer so knows a lot about sports injuries. would highly recommend.
