Disgusting Service end of! If you care about being treated with respect and human compassion then avoid at all cost! The Pharmacist and his clown staff members do not view you as anything other than a prescription who makes money for them! They are not interested in your experience or perceptions of them .. In fact they couldn't care less whether you visited them or not! What you guys seem to forget is that they would expect optimum customer service experience for themselves but do not want to provide for others! They are extremely inefficient and don't care about Patient's conveniences! Take ages and if you question then they all get together and laugh at you and about you! There are far better pharmacy's out there .. It's a business industry so why compromise by getting bad service at this joke of a place... Go and spend your hard earned money where you, your money and your experience will actually matter!!
Horrendous service not interested in patience well fair. A gentleman was suffering a asthma attack and the women at the counter wanted the 5.00 first prior to giving the inhaler. He wasn't going to run anywhere he was struggling to breath. John is equally incompetent

The worse pharmacy going the amount of time you have to wait to get your medication is unacceptable. The have also had an other pharmacy go into business with them to make it faster but it's made no difference to be fair think it's gone worse Evern to staff who work there are unhelpful. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone it's the worse in burnley Ps I put my script in two days ago expect it to be ready in went in it had not Evern been done in ended up waiting some 25 minutes not happy
