Very good lunches ,good choices,and affordable prices. Museum interesting and well presented, about the Bannister family, and local interests, shop there selling lots of interesting gifts

A good source of local history, with quiet and peaceful walled gardens. Particularly pleasant in the summer when the gardens are active. Good cafe and services.
Spent a pleasant hour or so this morning having a couple of coffees while the wife was shopping at nearby Boundary Mill. Brought her back for lunch. Very nice staff. Everything reasonably priced. Obviously very popular with locals.
Wonderful experience.The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. The cafe is clean and a delight to sit in with its bright and airy conservatory. The staff are friendly and helpful.The comprehensive gift shop offers good value quality cards and locally made gifts.Highly recommended!
