VIP cinema is brilliant! Seats are so comfortable and the staff are really helpful. Would highly recommend, it's a real pleasure.

Amazing service and facilities in the VIP lounge. A real game changer in the cinema going experience. Big comfy leather electic recliner chairs, waiter service for you snacks and drinks. Small and intimate so that your experience isn't ruined by an abundance of people talking with plenty of space to that you don't feel like you are sitting with people you don't know.
Can't praise the Manager and staff enough for their help. Took my 18 year year old Neice, who was on holiday here from Ireland, to see Mary Poppins. She is registered blind with a guide dog. Went to book in advance as didn't know if her dog would be allowed in. The manager was brilliant, even took me into an empty studio to suggest best seats and booked a free seat for the dog to lay by. The staff made her feel so welcome on arrival. Very good experience
Asian lads were talking at the back and the staff came in to warn them. they then came in again and kicked everyone at the back half including me who didn't talk once. also a family of 2 adults and 3 kids were kicked out for nothing. appalling staff and not a way to deal with a couple of people talking. i highly don't recommend this at all. also 5 for regular popcorn!
