Unprofessional service, couldn't fix a simple issue in 2 visits. Failed to take responsibility for the people they outsourced it to. Was fobbed off about ordering parts when the guy never even opened the door to see what the part was! Fortunately the company we called instead was able to open the door, identify the part and find a suitable replacement within an hour. The company we used instead said it was impossible to guess the correct part without opening the door, he tried one he had in his van but it wasn't compatible so got one from his workshop that did the job. All for a lesser price than the "discount" CK Locksmiths offered.
Very poor service, lacking any skill or integrity. Paid them in full and they left my door unusable. Asked them to come back to fix it and they just made excuses as to why they wouldn't come back. After two weeks I gave up and got someone else to do it properly.
