shocking customer service from the burnley branch. refuse to take any ownership for any errors they made. once theyve got your money thats all howdens care about. manager craig hetherington called us liars to our faces. the customer is never right at howdens. head office have the same view. every single box you receive must be checked thoroughly straight away (which is a lot for a brand new kitchen!). please consider using other companies and if howdens is your choice then i would seriously consider other branches with more capable managers.

I had my kitchen installed from Howdens in Nov. 2016.My dishwasher had stopped working and I rang up Craig from Howdens expecting to have to fight my corner (As has often been the case with purchases from other companies). I needn't have worried as Craig sorted it out quickly and has arranged for an engineer to either fix, or replace it.I can now confirm that not only is the service at the point of sale excellent, so is the aftercare. Thank you
