Had a lovely trip to Root 66 yesterday. Just want to thank the team for my new hairstyle. I look and feel amazing. Not only is my hair in tip top condition now I was also made to feel special and came out feeling totally relaxed. Would recommend to anyone... parking outside the salon (free) and prices are good as not in a town centre.. keep up the good work ... I will be back.
Had extension from here and dyed a few time was never full satisfied with the colour and the pre bonded extension I had in for three months I lost 41 bonds in that time and she made me feel like I was to blame after promising me they would be non damaging and only should lose 5-10 and last 8 month I Had them removed today and was only refunded a very small amount compare to the nearly 300 price I paid Not happy at all the condition of my hair now is Absolutely terrible and I have about 1/3 of the thickness and at least 3" shorter now prior to extension after comparing photos I'm so upset as hair is so important to a me and I feel very unhappy with my appearances now.. As a buissness woman myself I do anything I can to keep my customers happy even if I'm not at fault, but this is not the case with the way I've been treated and what a mess my hair has been left in is very unfair and very unsatisfactory with how she delt with my complaints This is not like buying a pair of shoes it hair on my head a big part of my appearance which has made me so very unhappy!
