Terrible - I tried to cancel but they requested a "w number" that I did not have. They refused to let me cancel and passed my outstanding payments to a debt collector (they do this with all cancelled memberships) who inflated it over 10 x the amount. Now they call, text and email me. Awful company, do not get involved.
You have recently started back up with the exercise classes at Burnley. You have new member of your team who has a very large following now and her classes are very refreshing.
I like that if you need help there's always someone you can ask, the machines are easy to work and if your unsure there are instructions on the machines that show you how to work them. Off peak time aren't too busy so your not having to wait a long time to use the machines, all the staff I have spoken to have been really friendly. The people who I have met at the gym have also been nice and non judgemental, all in all I love going to the gym.
