Poor delivery service with missleading info as they said delivery would be the next day and I'm waiting more than 5 days.No one answer the phone to see when I get my forniture. And there is only one number to contact. I stuck.

NO stars!!Appalling service!!Delivered damaged goods, have failed to collect on 3 desperate occassions.Ordered via Amazon.Contact with supplier impossible.Lie after lie.Excuse after excuse.Unable to organise a p*ss up in a brewery. Customer service is via email only!?No direct telephone number?Shambles

I wouldn't even give it a star. They send me an email that the order was dispatched and in the day of the arrival, after me asking for a tracking number (because the bed wasn't arriving), they told me that the producer had a problem and there's no bed. Spare yourself from all the hustle and don't order from them. I'm pretty sure I even lost the money.

I always go to Brown Source for any home furniture needs as they have good quality products for great value for money. Customer service also quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommend.

I ordered dressing table which arrived fine but I wanted to return it so spoke to customer services who then emailed me saying I'd need to pay a courier to send it back which I did. Have never received a refund and this was 6 weeks ago. Their customer services number has not been answered since and I've left voicemails repeatedly and no one ever gets back to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The dressing table was 65 and it cost 12 to return it! When I go to contact them via the website it says the page can no longer be brought up!!!
