Flowers orderd for Same day delivery never arrived...Did get contacted when it was to late to go to an alternate company... they offered an upgrade and told to email an alternate delivery date, which I did requesting next day delivery...still no flowers arrived.... called and requested refund which they said they would email me to confirm... this never happened....still awaiting refund..called to confirm of the refund was actioned which it ws...To be fair the people on the phones are great... just appear over run with complaints and emails...went to interflora 4 more but the flowers arrived that afternoon and where fantastic
Diabolical Flowers did turn up but not want I ordered Smaller version not worth it sent them a photo Did not reply. Clearly they are here to take your cash do t waste your energy
We ordered flowers for Mother's Day, paid extra for this service and they arrived the day after Mother's Day. I asked for the additional delivery charge to be refunded and they responded by only telling me my flowers had been delivered, which I already knew. Won't use them again. They only get one star as I couldn't post with no star, I would not have given them any if I had a choice.
Scam company. They take money but don't deliver product, don't have any way to contact them.
Flowers did not show. Despite money being taken from my account. Customer services have been non contactable by phone. Have not responded to email and non responsive on their website 's "live chat".I would not recommend using them. Luckily I paid via PayPal and so have opened a dispute/claim via PayPal for a refund.
