Just been in this store today and I've never met more ignorant staff in my life. Would have given a minus star if possible. Staff just stood around chatting when asked if someone was serving was told the girl on customer services was despite 3 other members of staff stood around chatting. The girl supposed to be serving took one look at me and another customer waiting ignored us and decided she would answer the phone. I eventually gave up and left. The staff need re training or sacking. I'm considering not using this store any more and going to one of the competitors as if staff are trained to be like this with customers the store doesn't deserve anyone's custom. I really hope someone from management monitors these comments and sees this post as the service is diabolical.

Great place to shop, quiet and peaceful. Good variety of items at a fantastic price!
Large store, great selection however I often find they are or seem under staffed. Often have to wait ages for assistance, some staff don't seem to know how to help. I do prefer the store in Blackburn from a staff point of view.
This place has everything you need to make your house a home. It has a lot of decor and a wide range of accessories, that I can't even name them. The only thing is, it's so big so it's really easy to get lost in the vast items of houseware.
