Nipped in for some lunch whilst on the road. I spotted some grey jeggings on a mannicain that I rather liked. My size was not on display so a very lovely member of staff searched the shop for me. She remained undeterred when she couldn't find them (The stock check suggested there was a size 10 somewhere). I continued to do my food shop and the member of staff kindly located and left them for me. I feel she went beyond what would have been expected and I am very pleased with the service.
Love M&S!! Bought lovely pyjama's, had really nice tomato and basil soup with bread rolls. Coffee was great too. Just superb!
Food hall is brilliant sadly thay never have trousers long enough for me in the shop have to pre order!!!! Cafe really good to lovely cakes

Always loved this shop. However went for a latte and toasted tracker the lady who made my coffee needs a lesson in customer service. Not any interaction no small biscuit given. No smile or thank you and my coffee not usual standard v milky no coffees flavour.
