Took my BMW 1 Series to these guys as the car windows stopped opening and the dealership wanted a fortune just to look into it. Matt & Barry took just under an hour to sort the problem and charged me a fraction of what the dealership had quoted. Would recommend to anyone.

Bad experience, AVOID this garage at all costs. I called up and said that I thought my alternator had gone. They replaced the alternator at a cost of 207 and I drove off that evening. The next morning the problem re-occurred. I took the car back in and they told me that they had simply done what I asked them to do which was replace the alternator. It turns out they had not run a diagnostic on the car and had just taken my word of what I thought might be wrong.When they did run a diagnostic the problem was a thermal switch which cost 77.94 to fix.So I am out of pocket by 207. What kind of garage does not run a diagnostic? Poor and unprofessional are the words that come to mind.And they do not have a card machine, cash payments only. So I turn up with 80 and they don't have the 2.16 change - says it all really.
Brilliant service. Van was not for starting at all. Was something to do with the electrics. Dropped it off Monday morning g had it back by tea time same day fully working. Good lads and good prices.
