We have been dealing with Enterprise Burnley for years and the service has always been good, and today was no exception Jack and Ameena were both very welcoming and dealt with us a swiftly as they could during a particular busy morning.
Booked with on 2 separate occasions, can't fault the service. Cars prepared to a high standard. Would recommend to others.
They deserve the "enterprise" they're very corporate and inflexible. I've rented from them before, and it was a good experience then. This time, after I'd made the booking successfully online and called to confirm they'd pick me up, only then I was told I didn't pass some automated check, so they had to refuse me unless I could provide a credit (not debit) card.As I don't have a credit card, I suggested a range of other options, but nothing else would satisfy their strict rulebook. They couldn't even see the reason for not passing the test. The person was apologetic and kind, and I got a prompt refund, but she was not allowed any leeway by her enterprise overlords.I ended up calling a small local firm where they were lovely and super flexible. I'm unlikely to use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again or recommend them. I hope they can inject some humanity into their policies.
