Impressed. Nice big open room with bunk beds upstairs, toilets (separate entrance) and a nice roaring fire. Room to park several cars. Great doe a gathering.

Fantastic location, great links for walking if you're into that sort of thing.Facilities are rudimentary - to be expected from a barn and our hostess provided fuel for the fire at a small cost. Only issue we had was that Google Maps doesn't quite know where the farm is and tries to send you to someone's house about a quarter of the way up the last road. Best bet is to get to that point then call the proprietor for directions from there.
