Having bought a new rear wheel from here I found to have had problems with the hub.The guys where very helpful both at Blackburn and Burnley.I did end up taking it back a couple of times but the problem did persist, after speaking to the staff in deapth about the problem they decided to change the hub for a new one. Not only was it a new hub but when they rang they had actually upgraded it to a hope hub.I walked out the shop like a kid at Christmas. Thank you chaps, I can't wait to test ride it.

Amazing people my sons bike needed recabeling we went in at 11am Sunday morning he was training that evening. The manager did it there and then for him. Brilliant shop really helpful. They went the extra mile can't thank them enough top shop.
