Good place and interesting to see all the exhibits, very good selection of lots of items I remember in my own life as I grew up. Great to show younger members of the family and see their faces and answer their questions. Would visit again definitely.

Towneley Hall is one of the better Grade 1 listed buildings come museum. They always seen to have interesting exhibitions. There is a great on on at the moment called The Game depicting football pre Premier League in all its glory. Well worth a look
Fantastic place to take the children educate them spend quality time together even have a family game of pitch & put, walk the dog get lost in your dreams and get some fresh air! Would recommend this place to all
Cracking and well preserved stately home in lovely grounds with something for everyone. From pitch and putt to a full round of golf with a couple of cafe's and children's playgrounds within the grounds or if you prefer the more sedate way of life then there's crown green bowling. The hall and grounds really do have something for everyone and even a full day here may not be enough!
